Senior Arboricultural Consultant
James Butler-White
James joined the team in November 2019 as an Arboricultural Consultant and was promoted in October 2021 to Senior Arboricultural Consultant. His experience to date is within both the public sector as a Tree Officer and as a consultant within the private sector. This has given him a great level of understanding from an arboricultural perspective on both sides of the fence. He has delivered a wide range of development projects including large scale education facilities, residential developments and tree risk management projects.
James has also worked as a climbing arboriculturist for many years prior to moving into consultancy.
Qualifications:
- Arboricultural Association Technician Member
- Lantra Professional Tree Inspection Certificate
- Foundation degree in progress, completion 2020
Wharton 101:
- Tipple of choice: Any ales, preferably anything from the Purity or Hook Norton brewery.
- Is an avid F1 fan and have been fortunate over the years to see most of the races in Europe.
- Used to watch the A team and Mr T, absolute classic.
- If money were no option: I would emigrate to Canada and buy a log cabin in the wilderness!
