Summary: An initial roost assessment of this garage outbuilding identified on brown long-eared bat in the building and several scattered droppings. Roost Characterisation Surveys identified day roosts of brown long-eared bats and common pipistrelle. Mitigation proposals were put forward with the planning application which was subsequently approved.
