Summary: Full planning permission was granted for construction of a new property and associated access off Meeting House Lane, Balsall Common. Wharton NIC were instructed to discharge tree related planning conditions including the preparation of an Arboricultural Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan.
Site supervision was carried out which comprised monitoring of facilitation tree pruning and felling works, installation of tree protective fencing and overseeing the construction of a new ‘No-Dig” three-dimensional cellular confinement access road, to protect the roots of adjacent TPO’d trees. Site monitoring record sheets were issued to Solihull Council and signed off by the Tree Officer.
