Proposal: The proposal was for 10 residential plots

Summary: The preliminary ecological appraisal identified suitability for reptiles at the site. Reptile surveys were undertaken, and a low population of slow worm were identified. A mitigation strategy including capture and off-site relocation was subsequently approved and completed with minimal delays to construction.
