Summary: The proposal was for a c.485ha of mixed-use development of up to 7500 units at a former WW2 RAF Air Base.

Wharton NIC undertook a preliminary ecological appraisal of the site to feed into the technical supporting documents for site allocation. The site is currently going through the allocation process and we are providing continued support.
